The seerah of prophet saw.(part-4)

Dear brothers! We were talking about the Seerah of prophet sw.
last week we talked about the situations of the Arabs before the birth of the prophet sw. Today, we will talk about his birth until the first revelation.
Prophet’s sw. birth:
The Prophet Muhammad was born on Monday 12th/ 9th of Rabi-ul-awal (571AD) which is approx. 20/22 of April. After he was born, Amina sent the joyous news to his grandfather, Abdul-Muttalib. He was very happy to hear that great news. Abdul Muttalib then named him Muhammad - the praised one, which was not a common name to the Arabs. Muhammad was circumcised on the 7th day, which was the custom of the Arabs.
Childhood of prophet saw.
Shortly, after his birth he was given to a wet nurse name Halima s’adia.  It was the general custom of the Arabs that their young children were sent to the desert to be brought up with the Bedouins. There were two reasons they would send is  1.The tough desert life gave the child a good start in life 2.The language of the Bedouins was a much purer Arabic.

When the Prophet was entrusted to Halima Sadia. She was a poor wet nurse. As soon as she lifted Muhammad (pbuh), her fortunes turned right around and her life was filled with immense good fortune. Halima knew that she had a blessed child with all the miracles and blessings she was seeing with her own eyes. There were many signs about how her life was turned around.
After two years, Muhammad was returned to His mother Amina, but soon Amina was persuaded by Halima to return the baby back with Halimah for another two years. There was also an illness in Makkah and the child would be protected from it.
At the age of 4 a strange incident took place during the time when he was under the care of Halimah. Once, both Muhammad and his foster brother were playing in the yard with the goats when the Angel Gabriel appeared to them. The Angel came split open Muhammad’s chest, took out his heart, removed a blood clot and washed it in Zamzam. The angel then returned the heart to Muhammad's body before going away. The angel said this was the part of shaytan in you. (94:1-8)

After this incident Halimah got scared about child Mohammed and Very shortly she returned him to Amina, his mother. And then Mohammad was under care of his mother Amina and continued to live with her until her death.
At the age of 6 there was another tragedy took place to the child Mohammed saw. Now he became a complete orphan boy. This was when his mother decided to take him to the Yasrib (Madinah) to visit some relatives and pay a visit to the tomb of Abdullah, his father. While they were returning from Yasrib she fell ill and died and then she was buried there. The place called Al-abwa. And then Muhammad and his mother’s maid name baraqa  both returned in tears and then Abdul Mutallib began to look after this orphaned child he was very caring, loving and He had extra compassion for his orphaned grandchild, Muhammad than for his other grandchildren.

However, at the age of 8 Mohammed was again to be faced with the sad news the death of Abdul Muttalib, grandfather of him.

After the death of Abdul Muttalib, Now Mohammed came under the guardianship of his uncle Abdu Talib. He was heartbroken at the death of his grandfather but would soon find much love and happiness under the care of his uncle Abu Talib.
Abu Talib was’nt too rich but was a kind and generous fellow. He was respected by all the tribes that lived in Makkah.

Prophets sw. asked Abu Talib to help his house works and look after his goats. This proved him to be a responsible and honest person. This occupation of tending goats suited his solitary, thoughtful and meditative temperament. It formed the training ground for the guidance of mankind. The shepherd is always alert about the folks, taking full care that they do not go astray and are saved from any possible dangers. This is also the case with prophets. The prophets are shepherds of humanity, always thinking about the betterments of people and warning them of the dangers. Thus almost all of the prophets sent by Allah, spent some time as shepherds.
At the age of 12, Mohammed undertook a business trip to Syria with his uncle Abu Talib. Abu Talib being fond of his nephew accepted to take him along on such a long journey. On the way he met Bahirah, a Christian monk. Bahirah saw the caravan in which Mohammed and his uncle were travelling, and noticed a large white cloud shading one of the travellers. He knew from the scriptures that another prophet was to come after prophet Isa and then when he met Mohammed he saw many of the features matched the description found in the old bible. And then he told Abu talib to return Meccah for his safety and then they went back home.
At the age of fifteen there were a war called the battle of Fujar. It was against his tribe of the Quraysh and this is why he was helping his uncles.
After this war some sub groups from the Quraysh like bani hashim, bani muttaleb, bani asad ibn abdul ujja etc they stand united against all kind of injustice, war inside the maccah. They decided they will help the weak and needy and they made an organisation named hilful fudul. Prophet mohammed saw. played an important part in its formation.
At the age of 25 he got married khadijah ra. Khadija was a well-respected woman amongst the Makkans. She was from a noble lineage and was also respected as a good merchant. She did not do the trade herself but hired others to carry out her business on her behalf. In the past, some of the Makkans had proposed to her for marriage but she had refused them and finally, when she had seen Muhammad and his fine character as he was merchandise of khadijah and she was thinking about marrying this young man. Once,Mohammed returned to Maccah from Syria making a successful profit Khadijah was immensely impressed by seeing his honesty, nobility, gentility, and wisdom and then she proposed to marry Mohammed by her friend Nafisa binte munevah.

And then he talked to his uncle Abu Talib and decided to get married that beautiful wealthy noble lady. At that time he was 25 and she was 40 years old.

At the age of 35 There was one incident that took place, which showed the respect the Makkans had for Muhammad. In this incident, Muhammad managed to prevent bloodshed and kept the peace amongst the different tribes of Makkah. The Ka'bah had existed from the time of Ibrahim (as) and had been a place of pilgrimage and worship. However, the Ka'bah itself was showing signs of getting old. There was significant damage done in the great flood of Makkah and was in urgent need of repair.

There was a disagreement about who should put the black stone into the corner of the Ka'bah. Each tribe wanted the honour of placing the stone in the Ka'bah. This lasted for four or five days until it came to the point that they were ready to go to fight over this. On the fifth day Umayyah ibn mugirah oldest person amongst them made a proposal which was accepted by all. Mohammed saw. will solve this problem. And then he spread his cloak and placed the black stone in the middle. He then asked representatives from each tribe to lift the cloak among them together. And then when the black stone had been raised to the required height from the ground, Mohammed himself set it in its place where it is now.

At the age 40 as we mentioned before, the Arab was totally in darkness and there wasn’t any law, lawlessness was the only law. But, prophet saw. he was completely free from that darkness and free from  sexual corruption, adultery or fornication and darkness of that period, and Allah swt. saved him from that and everyone Even his sworn enemies called him the Honest, the Pious, the Truthful and the Trustworthy. Everyone knew his nobility, gentility, and wisdom this is why they used to call him ‘Al-ameen the trust worthy.

And prophet saw. Seeing all this injustice he was very sad and he was thinking how to change his uncivilised nation, barbaric acts amongst the society. 93:7”And he found you unaware and guided you” Also, he was thinking where did the human come from? What is the purpose of life? What happen after the death? This is why he used to go to the cave of Hira to have ideas and seeking the truth and he was going there since three Years.

And one day it was the Monday 21st of Ramadan/ 10th august of 610. Allah sent Gabriel with first revelation what truth prophet saw. was looking for. Aysha siddiqa ra. reporting that angel Gabriel came and commanded him to “read”! He said “I can’t read” and the Gabriel squeezed him with his own chest and was saying “read” he repeated that three times. On the third time Gabriel let him to go and saying 96 Read with the name of your Lord Who created,(1)Created man from a clot.(2)Read, and your Lord only is the Most Beneficent,(3)The One Who taught to write with the pen.(4)The One Who taught man all what he did not know.(5)”

Allah swt. started to send his messages on prophet saw. by revealing  these 5 verses.....next week we will talk on the second part of this topic.

The seerah of the final prophet mohammed sw.(part-3)

Dear brothers! Before going through the seerah of prophet sw. i should mention that the seerah of prophet sw. is a huge topic so, what I’ll be able to do is to talk just about the timeline of prophet sw. and shortly, will try to give you the clues and some facts which might help you those who want to know about the seerah of prophet sw. please, study yourself as we don’t have enough time to go through the seerah of prophet sw. in details.
The situations of the Arab before the birth of the prophet sw.
the reason we should know the situation of Arab before prophet’s sw. birth is without knowing the character of darkness you can’t get the test of the light. So, firstly we will talk on introducing the tribes of Arabs and their situation.
The tribes of Arab:
Genealogists divided the Arabs into two major groups:

First: The Arabs who perished having no descendents such as `Aad and Thamood.
Second: The Arabs who remained and they are divided into two groups: 1.Pure Arabs who were Yemenis and were originated from the progeny of Ya`rub Ibn Qahtaan. 2. Arabized Arabs who originated from `Adnaan who himself originated from the progeny of (Ishamel) Ismaa'eel the son of (Abraham) Ibraaheem. So, prophet sw. was from the Adnani which came through prophet ismaeel.

The political situation of Arab:The most remarkable feature of the political life of Arabia before Islam was the total absence of political organization in any form. With the exception of Yemen in the south-west, no part of the Arabian peninsula had any government at any time. The modern student of history finds it incredible that the Arabs lived, generation after generation, century after century, without a government of any kind.

The only law of the land was lawlessness. In the event a crime was committed, the injured party took law in its own hands. Since there were no such things as police, courts or judges, the only protection a man could find from his enemies, was in his own tribe. The tribe had an obligation to protect its members even if they had committed crimes.
The social situation of Arab:
Arabia was a male-dominated society. Women had no status of any kind other than to fulfil men’s pleasure .The number of women a man could marry was not fixed. When a man died, his son “inherited” all his wives except his own mother.

A savage custom of the Arabs was to bury their female infants alive.16:58 “Yet when news of the birth of a daughter reaches one of them, his face is darkened, and he is overwhelmed with silent grief” Also,They were compulsive drinkers and compulsive gamblers. The Shihab (az-Suhri) said: 'Urwah ibn az-Zubayr informed him that Aishah, the wife of the Prophet (God bless and preserve him), informed him that marriage in the Jahiliyah was of four types:

1. One was the marriage of people as it is today. 2. Another type was husband asked his wife to intercourse with others this is simply from the desire for a noble child. This type of marriage was (known as) nikah al-istibda, the marriage of seeking intercourse.

3. Another type was when a group (raht) of less than ten men used to visit the same woman and all of them had to have intercourse with her. If she became pregnant and bore a child, when some nights had passed after the birth she sent for them, and not a man of them might refuse.

When they had come together in her presence, she would say to them, ‘You (pl.) know the result of your acts; I have borne a child and he is your (sing.) child, N.' – naming whoever she will by his name. Her child is attached to him, and the man may not refuse.

4. The fourth type is prostitutions. These women are the baghaya (prostitutes). And then When Muhammad (God bless and preserve him) came preaching the truth, he destroyed all the types of marriage of the Jahiliya except that which people practice today.

The economical situation of Arab:
Before Islam mostly the Arabs had business and Slavery was an economic institution of the Arabs. Male and female slaves were sold and bought like animals.Their economic system was designed to make them richer and richer, and the borrowers poorer and poorer.

The most important urban centers of Arabia were Makkah and Yathrib, both in Hijaz. The citizens of Makkah were mostly merchants, traders and money-lenders. Their caravans traveled in summer to Syria and in winter to Yemen.

The religious status of Arab:
we talked that Allah sw. sent prophets to every nation 16:36. So the meccan people had prophet before our prophet the prophet ibraheem and ismaeel. But, Arab forgot the message of ibraheem and start to idolatry and turned in to pagans But, they used to do sacrificing animal, and twaf around the k’aba and used to do sa’e at the safa and marwa and the way its haram to us to hunt animals in the hajj times the Arab used not to hunt or take revenge around the k’aba these all taken from prophet ibraheem.

Now the pagan or many non-believers researcher claiming we Muslims adopted many pagan’s cultures or ritual in our religion. But they are not looking for the fact that all these are taken from prophet ibraheem. Now the question is the Arab they had prophet then where did come from the paganism or how did they adopted the paganism?

Our prophet sw. replying the hadith came from muslim he saying I saw the Amor ibn luhai al khujaee in hell having severe punishment because he was the first person to baddala dina ismaeel like he made some superstition about the sacrificing animals type what Allah swt. saying 5:103  its narrated that the Amor ibn luhai al khujae he travelled to the syriah the Syrian were under amaliqa civilisation. He found them they worshiping Idols they have a powerful civilisation. He asked about Idols what are they?  They said they are our source of power then he said can you give me one as a gift? They give him one the Idol name was hubal. Then he brought it to maccah and put it in the ka’ba and start to worship and then people start to make many Idols and the Hubol become the first Idol of Arabian peninsula and also, it’s become main Idol of Quraish. This is how the Arab got idolatrized and become pagan.
so, after the prophet ibraheem they the paganism starts when  Amor ibn luhai thought the amaliqa is the best as they had super power, they had a civilisation they had writing, architecture and large buildings. So, I should copy their everything as they are known to be undefeated.

It’s like in our time the way the Muslim countries are adopting the western cultures. So from here we should take lesson that simply because a nation powerful in technology, architectures it doesn’t means they have correct morality, correct ethics, correct theology. Yes, they have better something but not everything

Now the question is who is the Amor ibn luhai al khujaee that he changed them in to Idolatry? As this is not very simple that one person can change everything. Amor ibn luhai he was the chief ten of khuja’ tribes and the khuj’a was one of the most powerful tribe in maccah. He made lots of victory against the khuj’a tribes he defend them from foreign invasion also, he was very generous and pious too amongst them and the history saying that the Arabs follow their leaders blindly and the Amor ibn luhai al khujaee was the most influential person amongst them, most respectful person amongst them. So, the Idoltary introduced in macca by the tribe of khuj’a not the Quraysh.

Here we must take three lessons in our time
1. Whatever we think better than us it might not coz, simply because a nation powerful in technology, architectures it doesn’t means they have correct morality, correct ethics, correct theology. Yes, they have better something but not everything. The way amor ibn luhai al khujaee imported the theology from the amaliqa civilisation. 2. The person who says has credentials like the amor ibn luhai was prestigious among them and they took everything blindly from him 3. Ignorance the average Muslims doesn’t know their religion like the way Arab wasn’t aware of their religion

               Prophet’s sw. birth:

The Prophet Muhammad was born on Monday 12th/ 9th of Rabi-ul-awal (571AD) which is approx. 20/22 of April. After he was born, Amina sent word to his grandfather, Abdul-Muttalib of the joyous news.

Abdul-Muttalib tenderly held this newborn baby in his arms. He then named him Muhammad - the praised one, which was not a name common to the Arabs. Muhammad was circumcised on the 7th day, which was the custom of the Arabs.
In foster caring and washed the chest:
It was the general custom of the Arabs that their young children were sent to the desert to be brought up with the Bedouins. There were two reasons to sent 1.The tough desert life gave the child a good start in life 2.The language of the Bedouins was a much purer Arabic.

The Prophet was entrusted to Halima Sadia. She was a poor wet nurse. None of the other Bedouin wet nurses wanted to take the child Muhammad because They couldn’t expect to gain many riches from a child who was an orphan.

As soon as she lifted Muhammad (pbuh), her fortunes turned right around and her life was filled with immense good fortune. Halima knew that she had a blessed child with all the miracles and blessings she was seeing with her own eyes. Halima’s herd of goats used to come home full, and over flowing with milk. There were many more signs about how her life was turned around.

After two years, Muhammad was returned to His mother Amina, but soon Amina was persuaded by Halima to return the baby back with them for another two years. At this time, Halima told Amina about the great blessings that she had received when Muhammad was in her care. There was also an illness in Makkah and the child would be protected from it.

The angel said this was the part of shaytan in you.

His foster brother ran to Halima and said that Muhammad has been murdered. She rushed out and found Muhammad standing with a pale white face. She checked over his body and found that he was fine.

After this incident halimah got scared about child mohammed and Very shortly she returned him to Amina, his mother. Amina found out from Halima about the events that had taken place. Muhammad was returned to the care of his mother Amina and continued to live with her until her death.
Dear brothers! As we talked last week Studying the seerah of prophet sw. life and time is studying our religion and also, we will be able to explore the miracles of prophet sw. how a orphan, uneducated, shepherd boy become a blessed for mankind. What is the power he had that made a huge revolution that will continue till the end of Earth. This is why I would like to request all of you to study the seerah of prophet sw

The Seerah of prophet mohammed sw.-why study the seerah?(part-2)

Dear brothers! This is the month of rabiul aoal. This is the month where the mankind were blessed with the greatest mercy of Allah swt. The is the birth month of prophet sw. This is the month where Allah swt ended up his prophecy by sending his most beloved friends rahmatul lil alameen prophet mohammded sw.

Last week we were talking the love of prophet sw.and the way it should be and we talked that one of the effective and strong way to show our love to him which is the studying the seerah/the biography of prophet sw. and this is the sign to love someone to know him more details. This is why if anyone claims he does love the prophet sw. but, doesn’t study his seerah then the fact that there’s a clear sign he doesn’t love to prophet sw. So, studying his seerah is a sign of love and through studying his seerah is increasing his love.

Dear brothers! Last week i said that we are going to talk on the seerah of prophet’s sw. but, I decided before going to details first we have to know why everyone of us should study the seerah of prophet sw.?
There are many reasons that telling us why we have to know the seerah of prophets sw.? If we truly love him first, we have to know how important it is to learning the seerah of prophet sw.?

1.  It’s an obligation upon us to know his seerah. Allah swt. Commanded us in 55 places in the Qur’an.
33:11“Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah much”

2. Studying his seerah its easiest way to practice/to follow his sunnah. For example: studying the seerah you will know the relation between his wives and as a leader of the nation, as a president of the country, as an Ideal father, as an Ideal husband. He is the best and perfect example to follow. This is why Allah swt made his prophet from mankind, not from angels so people can’t say we can’t be like angels.

3. Studying the seerah it will help to know the best generation of this ummah. Those whom upon Allah were pleased and they were happy to Allah swt. what Allah swt. said over 8 times in the qur’an. And prophet said the sahaba were the best human from my ummah. These people were legendary.

4. Studying the seerah of prophet sw. its helps to defend the honour of prophet sw. which comes from atheist, non believers. They say he was a blood thirsty terrorist, magician, mad and polygamy and this and that.

5. Understanding the seerah of prophet sw. it helps to understand the Qur’an. It’s the best way to understand the Qur’an. The Qur’an is a very complex and profound book. This is why without context it’s hard to understand. Aisha said the seerah of prophet sw. is the direct reflection of the Qur’an. Means his life is the best tafseer of the Qur’an.

6. Studying his seerah its increase our eeman. Like Allah swt. telling the story to prophet mohammed those prophets who were before him in order to make his eeman stronger. 11:120Muhammad), We tell you all the stories of the Messengers which will strengthen your heart. In the Quran We have revealed the Truth to you with good advice and reminders for the faithful ones”

So, it’s clear that studying prophet’s lifestyle its increase our eeman which is must concerning thing to us.

7. Studying the seerah of prophet sw. life and time is studying our religion and also, we will be able to explore the miracles of prophet sw. how a orphan, uneducated, shepherd boy become a blessed for mankind. What is the power he had that made a huge revolution that will continue till the end of Earth.

Now the Question is how can we learn the seerah of prophet sw.? What are the sources to learn his seerah?

There are many ways. The best three ways are:

1. The Qur’an. In The Qur’an Allah swt. stated his life before his birth and hole life till the death(included War, education, growing up, death). Like surah nashrah for his sucking the chest, surah fil before his birth, surah fath for the war of hudaybiah. The clue thing is that Qur’an giving you all the information not only authentically but also the hidden and non-hidden. Which the historian could missed due to their limitation of knowledge.

2.The Ahadith of prophet sw.  Every single of hadith is the snapshot of the seerah of prophet sw.

3. The specific book of the seerah of prophet sw. it’s said that the first kind of seerah book written by Urwah the son of sahabah Zubair ra. And then later on there was a scholar ibn shihab az zohri he died at 129 hijri. He wrote the first seerah book. But, none of these books are exists now. And then the massive and complete book of seerah wrote by ibn ishaq (85-150 hijri) the book name is ‘sirate ibn ishaq’ it was in 10-12voliums. And then second best one was ibn hisham this was Quiet copied from sirate Ibn Ishaq.
And today there are many books of seerah what i would like to recommend you to read one of the best seerah book which was a prize winner book in 1182 books. ‘The sealed nectar’ written by an Indian scholar Allamah sofiur rahman mubarakpuri. It can be found in 25 languages. Those who want to know the prophet sw. you should collect this.

Dear brothers! As we talked that one of the effective and strong way to show our love to him which is the studying the seerah/the biography of prophet sw. This is why if anyone claims he does love the prophet sw. but, doesn’t study his seerah then the fact that there’s a clear sign he doesn’t love to prophet sw. So, studying his seerah is a sign of love and through studying his seerah is increasing his love.

Most of us we think that reciting durood on him is only the way to show our love to him. But, the way Allah swt. told us send durood on him the same way he commanding us to follow him and if we truly want to follow him, follow his sunnah there’s no way but to know his seerah. This is why I would like request all of you to study the seerah of prophet sw. and if you need any help with materials we are here to help you in sha Allah!

Last week I said that we will talk on Pre-Islamic life of prophet sw. but, as I have to finish here in shaAllah we will continue this topic in next weeks.
May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to study the seerah of prophet sw.!

The love of prophet sw. and the way it should be.(part-1)

Dear brothers! This is the month of rabiul aoal. The third month of Islamic calendar. This is the month where the mankind were blessed with the mercy of Allah swt. This is the month where Allah swt ended up his prophecy by sending his most beloved friends rahmatul lil alameen prophet mohammded sw.

By sending him Allah swt. declared/informed to the people of earth “o people of earth i have sent to you my last messenger and going to stop sending my messages and giving you complete and updated version of your religion by sending Qur’an on prophet mohammed sw.” 5:3 “To-day I have perfected for you your religion, and have completed My favour upon you, and am well-pleased with Islam as your religion.”  So, whosoever will seek a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted of Him, and he shall be of the losers in the Hereafter.(3:85)

So, this is the month rabul aoal at 571 Allah swt. sent prophet mohammed sw and took him back in the same month at 11 hijri.
Today............we will talk about one of the important topic which is the love of prophet sw. and the way it should be. Allah swt. didn’t leave us on this earth by just saying worship me alone but, he sent 124,000 prophets to show the people his right/the true path.

Among all of them the greatest and final messenger was our beloved prophet sw. with the divine book of holy Qur’an.3:144 “Muhammad is only a Messenger. There lived other Messengers before him. Should (Muhammad) die or be slain, would you then turn back to your pre-Islamic behavior? Whoever does so can cause no harm to God. God will reward those who give thanks”
this verse also saying Allah swt. sent many prophets before him.

And time to time most of the people denied them but they didn’t stop to establish their mission. They even put their lives at risk. They were determined to establish their mission to spread the message.

our prophet sw. was also committed to accomplish his message. When the prophet sw. started to preach the right and true religion of Islam to his people. The disbelievers tried to block his way and they made fun of him they mocked him and called him mad. 15:6”And they said, “O you upon whom the Qur’an has been sent, you are indeed insane.”
and they didn’t stop there, even his own tribe, friends, relatives attempted to kill him, finally, they made him flee from his own city which was macca. Once when he went to tyef to give dawah to The people they stoned him and made him bleed.

Despite all of these he still went out to convey his message. The way prophet sw. sacrificed his life for the Deen of Allah swt. and the way he saved us from the misguidance from the eternal hellfire. He deserve love from us and this is one of his rights to us to love heartily true love. This is why Allah swt. made it compulsory to love him 9:24 “Say, “If your fathers, and your sons, and your brothers, and your wives, and your tribe, and your acquired wealth, and the trade in which you fear a loss, and the houses of your liking – if all these are dearer to you than Allah and His Noble Messenger and fighting in His way, then wait until Allah brings about His command; and Allah does not guide the sinful.”

Also,in a hadith prophet sw. saying narrated by anas ibn malek ra. “The messenger said none of you can ever be a believer until i will not be more loved to him than his parents, his chidren and all other people”

These verses and the hadith making it very clear that without loveing him our Eman won’t be fulfilled
now the question is how can we love him as he is not present in front of us? There are many ways to show our love to him.like
1> holding firmly to the sunnah of prophet sw. and staying away from the bid’ah:

Today,Fitnah is everwhere and there is no way to save ourselves but to hold on to the sunnah of prophet sw. we can save ourselves from this period of fitnah only by practicing the sahih sunnah of prophet sw. staying away from made up things in the name of worship/Ibadah which is called bid’ah. There are lots of bida’h in our society which is not based on the Quar’an or the Hadith of the prophet sw. for example celebrating birthday or death anniversary or celebrating the eid-e-miladunnabi or celebrating the wedding anniversary and alike.
What the prophet sw. is saying “whoever loves my sunnah he loves me and whoever loves me he will be in jannah with me”
2> Defending him from all kind of criticism, attacks which comes from atheist, non-believers, and so-called secular, hypocrate muslims.

Categorically there are some type of attacks which comes towards the prophet sw.

@Outrage lies means making false story. for example in the 17 or 18 century the English writers wrote a story that one day people of Quraish asked him to bring a mountain to him if he is a real prophet then when the mountain didn’t come after prophet asked to come then he said okay if the mountain doesn’t come then i will go that mountain.  the story means that if the situation doesn’t work out the way i wanted then i will adapt the situation in my way. Likewise they wrote lots of story like his marriage of aysha. Also, they try to mock him by making cartoons, making bad comments. Recently we saw the Danish cartoonist made a cartoon and some Bangladeshi aitheist bloger’s makes very bad comments   about the prophet’s lifestyle. What Allah swt indicating 3:186 “you will surely hear much wrong from those who were given the Book before you, and from the polytheists; and if you remain steadfast and remain pious, it is then an act of great courage.

@ They distort the truth means they twists the truth what prophet and Allah sw. said.

For example prophet sw. killed the people of banu Quraza because they broken the treaty. The agreement was between muslim and them that they won’t help anyone against muslim and then in the battle of khandaq they broken the agreement. so, they got killed it’s not because of their ethnicity but, breaking the agreement. Later on the Jews people twisted that story.

3>another way is to show our love to him which is, we should learn about his seerah the biography of prophet sw. inshallah from next week we will continue this topic on his seerah in three parts 1. Pre Islamic life of him 2.the maccan life 3. The madani life.

Dear brothers! Loving the messenger its compulsory duty upon every mumin but, another most important thing is we have to save ourselves from exaggerating in expressing our love to the messenger. Like some people think he is alive in his grave and he wasn’t created by the elements what Allah sw. used to create human. Some saying if you read the durood on him he will come in front of you.
what prophet sw saying in a authentic hadith narrated by Umar ibn khattab “don’t over praise me as the Christian did with prophet Jesus pbh., son of Allah. Im only a servant of Allah sw. so, call me Allah’s servant and messenger”

I would like to conclude this here by reminding you again the message Allah swt said related our topic he saidProclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “O mankind! If you love Allah, follow me – Allah will love you and forgive you your sins”; and Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful”
May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to have pleasure of Allah sw. by following the sunnah of prophet sw.! amen!

New Year's resolutions for muslims(Celebrating New Year'14)

Dear brothers! Allah swt. Created us and he created life and death. Also, he created the jamanah/the period to which is given to us the test of life and death. He divided the period into days, months, and years. What Allah swt. Is saying 9:36 “Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah”

In this verse we found Allah swt. gave us 12 months. the days, months comes and  goes but, whoever will be able to use this life in the right way he will be successful here and in the hereafter. What Allah swt. Saying in 103: 1. “I swear by the time 2.Most surely man is in loss 3.Except those who believe and do good, and enjoin on each other truth, and enjoin on each other patience”

Dear brothers! Today 3rd of January and This is the first month of the Gregorian calendar. Means the New Year started. Which knocking us we are One Year Close to the Grave. One more Year of our lives has come to an end. If our actions were evil, and we were treading the path to Jahannam, we have now come one year closer to our final abode. And if we were doing good deeds, we now have one year less to acquire our goal.

When a new year comes to a merchant or businessman at the end of the financial year a businessman takes account to see how much profit or loss he has undergone. He try to start the New Year with new plans, new menus to improve their business.
Likewise, we have also been sent into this world as tradesmen. Life and wealth are our commodities through which we need to earn Jannah. 9:111”Verily Allah has purchased from the believers their souls in return for Jannah.”

We as a Muslim the New Year weather its bangla or English  comes to us we should not celebrate but, to think ourselves how much good deed have we done? And how much were we obedient to practising Allah’s orders in the past year? And a new year means to us to make lots of repentance for our misdeeds and should feel regret for whatever misdeeds we did in the past year, knowingly or unknowingly.

Thereafter we should plan to spend the New Year by setting goals like i won’t commit any sins and strictly determined that I’ll make these plans practical into my daily life, in seeking the pleasure of Allah.

So first goal is Taking Account on Daily basis:

In reality, to take account of ourselves on an annual basis is not adequate. This is why we have been advised to do the mu’hasabah (self-assessment) daily. The method of making mu’hasabah is to take some time out and ponder upon the deeds done throughout the day. And ask yourselves 1.Was the act according to the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wasallam?

2. Was the act done with sincerity only for the sake of Allah or were there other motives behind the action?

If good was done then one should thank Allah and resolve to continue; and if sin was done then one should repent and resolve to abstain from repeating the sin in the future.

The great Companion Umar radiallahu anhu alluded this point when he said:”Take account of yourselves before Allah takes account of you. Weigh your deeds before Allah weighs them. And prepare for that day when your deeds will be presented in the great court of Allah”. On that day Allah will ask [It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant." (17:14)
Then 99“That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. (6) So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, (7) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.”

The two most important things should be included to our new year plans which are:
1. We will try to avoid whatever we are forbidden to do and we will do whatever we obliged to do:  like we are not allowed to get ourselves involved in any haram things. So, we should be determined to stay away from any kind of haram things in this New Year. Because, Allah swt. Doesn’t accept any IBADAH while we are involve in haram. What prophet sw. Saying narreted by abi hurairah RA. “Allah swt.Is clean means pure and he doesn’t accept any impure things and he commanded to the believers to have halal the way he ordered to his prophets to have halal”

So, staying away from harams or leaving the harams which already involved with; this should be included to our new year’s plan.

2. We will try to increase the Quranic/Islamic knowledge:

We are committing some sins unknowingly what we can avoid by increasing our Islamic knowledge. How important the seeking knowledge is i don’t think i need to explain it. If we see our surroundings we can find every single things are under control by the power of knowledge and as a Muslim obviously, it has to be the Quranic knowledge. We are committing some sins unknowingly  if we have proper Quranic knowledge we will be able to fight back to the SHYTAN otherwise, he will lose us and take us the way of jahannam.  There is a hadith prophet sw. Saying “a Quranic knowledgable person are stronger against shaytan more than thousands of good doers than he who has no proper Quranic knowledge”
So, Let’s think about ourselves where is my position? Do i know who I am? What’s my duty towards Islam? Do i know the meaning of kallimah/shahadah? Do i know how to recite the Quran? If don’t i should learning Qur’an from today. Please, come forward to learnl the Quran and sunnah.
Dear brothers! The days, the months, Years will come and go but, the time and tide waits for none. So let’s take advantage five things before they go out of our hands. What prophet sw. giving advice to a person. Take heed of five things before five others.
1. Youth before old age 2. Health before sickness

3. Wealth before poverty 4.time before business 5.Life before death.
May Allah swt. take from us as easy account!
May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to be more practicing rather than last year!
