How to build a strong relationship with Allah swt.

Dear brothers! We were talking about one of the important topic that how to build a strong relationship with Allah swt. The society where we are leaving, it’s quite difficult to save ourselves from the Satan and stay steadfast on the Deen of Allah swt. The Satan attacks us in every second from every corner of our life to make us away from the Deen. What prophet saw. Predicting Abu Hurairah Ra. reported: Messenger (PBUH) said, "Be prompt in doing good deeds (before you are overtaken) by turbulence which would be like a part of the dark night. A man would be a believer in the morning and turn to disbelief in the evening, or he would be a believer in the evening and turn disbeliever in the morning, and would sell his Faith for worldly goods.''[Muslim].
So, there is only way to remain safe from the plotting of Satan against our eeman is to build a strong relationship with Allah swt. What he saying 3:31Proclaim, o Mohammad sw. “O mankind! If you love Allah, follow me – Allah will love you and forgive you your sins”; and Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful.” He saying follow my prophet if you want to have love of mine, ill love you.
Now, the question is how we can build a strong relationship with Allah swt.?
The main resources are:
1. Serving the fundamental worships Exactly the way prophet sw. showed us to do and avoiding Haram :
The way we can’t imagine a house without its pillars the same way without holding firmly the pillars of Islam we are not a true lover of Allah swt. and the pillars of Islam are shahadah, Fard salah, fasting in the Ramadan, hajj and giving zakah/the charity.

So, when you are practicing them on regular basis means you are very obedient to your lord and you are very sincere to build relationship with Allah swt. Also, the compulsory worship its evidence of our eeman and its makes different in between us and non believers. Jabir (ra.) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Between a man and disbelief and paganism is the abandonment of Salat (prayer)."[Muslim].
So, get closer to Allah swt. the first criteria is serving the basic Worship of Allah swt.

2. Studying the Qur’an and Sunnah: Really, if we try to build strong relationship with him then the sign is we will study his commands what he said about him and ourselves and how should the relationship be in between him and us? This is why Allah swt and his prophet sw. emphasise to study the Quran and sunnah in many places and the first revelation was to prophet sw. “Read in the name of your lord.” And he saying “only the people of knowledge fear Allah swt; indeed Allah is the most Honourable, Oft forgiving. (35:28)
3. Increasing optional worships: Among the optional worships the best ones are Tahjjud prayers, nafl fasting, and donating continuously. When you stand in the night for the Tahjjud prayer there is no one in between you and Allah swt. Abdullah bin Salam reported: The Prophet sw said, "O people, promote the greetings, feed (the poor and needy) and perform Salat in the night when others are asleep so that you will enter Jannah safely.’’ At-Tirmidhi.  So, the optional prayers are the best way to get closer to Allah swt. Another benefit to increase optional acts, on the Day of Judgment the optional worships will compensate for our compulsory Ibadah if we make any wrong with the fard Ibadah.

4. Doing Zikir/the remembrance of Allah swt:
This is very simple we remember our loved ones in every second and that’s the sign someone truly loves someone. The Zikir/remembrance of Allah is the sign of our eeman.  2:152So remember Me; I will remember you” . Zikir is the food of our heart. The zikir is the medicine of our heart. Without zikir the hearts are like a death hearts.  Prophet sw saying Abu Musa Al-Ash`ari ra. reported: "The similitude of one who remembers his Rubb and one who does not remember Him, is like that of the living and the dead. Bukhari, Muslim.

So, a true believer 3:191 He remember Allah while standing or sitting or lying and think the creation of the sky and the earth, only then he can turn back to Allah swt and will say "Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; and then he will ask protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

Dear brothers! How should we do zikir? Yes, prophet taught us in every way of our life when we go to bed, wake up, going to toilet, going out from the house, and getting in, coming masjid  and after the prayer there is a tasbeeh 33 subhanallah,33 alhamdulillah,34 times Allahu akber.

The best tasbeeh is  Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger sw. said, "Two words are light on the tongue, heavy in the balance, beloved to the Merciful: 'Glory be to Allah and by His praise. Glory be to Allah, the Immense.'" [Agreed upon]
What we have to remember that the remembrance should be not only by the mouth but also by our heart and knowing the meaning and with soft voice. “
And remember your Lord within your hearts humbly and with fear, and softly with your tongues, morning and evening, and do not be of the neglectful.(7: 205)
Dear brothers! The remembrance of Allah swt. can only make our hearts clean and pure and Building a strong relationship with Allah swt. is the only way we can save our eeman from the satan and save ourselves from the hell fire. We just need to call him he is very closed to usAnd when my servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning me-indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon me. So let them respond to me [by obedience] and believe in me that they may be [rightly] guided.” (2:186)  The best way to remember him is making sincere Dua. So, let’s make dua lots.

The way & the rewards of building the houes of Allah/the masjid

Dear respected brothers! We were talking about how we can build/ decorate our most desirous house in Jannah from the earth. There are many ways but, one of the best way is helping/building and giving labour for the Masjid/the house of Allah swt. Prophet saw. said...“Whoever will make a masjid for Allah swt. having desire to have rewards from Allah, Allah swt. will build a house for him in Jannah.”

Establishing the Masjid and maintaining the Masjid it’s a great job for us because the masjid is a way where we Muslim community be together/ united and we can spread the message of Allah swt. if the Masjid become a reason to make muslim community divided and doesn’t serve the purpose of Islam then the Masjid should be called masjid dhirar which the people of Munafiq made for harming Muslim and prophet sw.

Making the Masjid which started Adam and then Ibraheem and then prophet sw did the same. Now, the millions are praying everyday and they all will get rewards from it until the day of Qiamah. Same way we can get rewards from Allah swt.
Now the Question is how can we become the part of the Masajid or build the house of Allah swt.?
There are many ways to serve Allah’s house...
1. Becoming part of the Masjid is by Coming Masjid 5 times in a day on regular basis:
Coming Masjid 5 time prayers this is the best way to becoming part of the masjid and serving the house of Allah swt. After declaring the kalimah, declaring ourselves as a Muslim our job is not done, not yet until we prove it. To prove our eeman, To make difference in between us and non-believers the most basic way is the prayer and the prayer it should be performed in the masjid and It is Wajib to pray with Jama’ah. Prophet sw. Saying. “The prayer with jama’ah its 27 times more rewards then the prayer without jama’ah”
In another hadith prophet sw. saying “O people be witnessed for their belief those who come to Masjid again and again and then prophet sw. recited that Allah swt. saying 9:18 “The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided.”

So, here what we got from this hadith and the verse of Allah swt. Firstly, who come to Masjid regularly he will be forgiven as people will be witnessed for his serving the Masjid. The verse of Quran saying the masjid should be maintained by those who believe in Allah and his prophet and follow in his practical life the guidance of Allah swt.
In another hadith prophet swt. the rewards of serving the Masjid by coming on regular basis he saying “Who come to the masjid in morning and evening Allah makes the things to serve him in Jannah”
(bukhari and muslim)
Another great benefit of coming to the Masjid is we will be able to find out the person whom we can select for the serving the house of Allah swt.

Here very shortly, what I should mention we should select those person who has the quality of serving the mosque like 1. Who has enough Islamic knowledge 2.Who is steadfast on the Deen of Allah swt. 3. Who has the quality of taqaw 4. Who is very sincere to serving Allah’s houses.

2. Making Dua and wishing betterment for the house of Allah swt. If we can’t come to the Masjid regularly if we can’t help directly by giving labour then what we can do is we should make Dua for the house of Allah and for those who are serving it. This is our duty. There are some of us we seldom come to the Masjid and sometimes we come and try to make fitnah by influence of Shytan.
What shytan said about it Satan said: 'Since You have led me astray, I shall surely sit in ambush for them on Your Straight Path.(7:16) He said o Allah I’ll wait for them on your straight path and won’t let them to get closer to you. Making fitnah its a sign you are following the shytan.
So, if we try to make chaos on serving Allah’s house we should understand we are influenced by Shaytan. Then immediately we should make Dua to seek refuge from the Shytan and we should make Dua for the house of Allah and its volunteers. Also, we should understand that if I become the cause of making any loss for the Masjid I have to be asked about it on the Day of Judgment.

3. Becoming part of the Masjid by donating and serving: Becoming the part of the Masjid and serving the house of Allah another best way is Donating generously and continuously for the maintenance of Masjid.  There is a famous hadith prophet sw. saying “When a person die, all his Good actions will be closed but, there are exceptions on three ways 1.His Sadaqae jaaria 2. His Islamic teaching which others will be benefited from.  3. His pious kids who makes Dua for him.”
And when a person build a Masjid/ madrasah and alike where people will pray and learn the Quran and hadith, at the same time he will get rewards from these three ways until the day of Qiamah while he is in the grave.

These are the three ways we can serve the house of Allah which are coming to the prayer, donating, wishing betterment means making Dua for the House of Allah swt.
Now, Most important thing is we have to remember Al-Ikhlas:
Without ikhlas/sincerity there is no way that our good actions will be taken but will be rejected.  This is very important for us those who are working or donating for the house of Allah swt. we have to be very careful  if, there is anything comes in our mind  like showing off then this absolutely wrong. Showing the pride that i’m serving the house of Allah this is the main reason the cause of fitnah with the house of Allah.

Prophet sw. saying narrated by abi umamah “ Allah swt doesn’t accept any Ibadah without ikhlas”

Dear brothers! Prophet sw. saying “who will build a masjid, he established the salah, who will establish the salah means he establishing the Deen of Allah swt. who will establish the Deen of Allah swt. he doesn’t need to worry about entering to the Jannah” so, if we don’t come forward to serve the Masjid of Allah swt where  We have the chance to make the Masjids/ maktab/ madrasah by donating  which the people of other side from the earth can’t.  Even they don’t have enough food for live. if we be gafil to give donation or helping to build Allah’s house we will make ourselves Mahroom/the loser but Allah will make someone to build/to help the house of him and the Deen of Allah swt.
We ask to Allah swt. May Allah swt give us tawfiq to grant us a house in Jannah by donating, helping the house of Allah in this world.
