Celebrating The day of christmas'13

Allah swt. sent us to this earth to worship him alone. Also, to show his right path/true religion Allah swt sent thousands of messengers to the world from the beginning of time to the last Prophet Mohammad sw.

According to the hadith of prophet sw. time by time Allah swt. sent more than 124,000 prophets. except a number of people all the people denied the prophet hood and the message of oneness of Allah Awt. not only did they tried to stop them from preaching but also, they made fun of them and mocked them finally, they tried to kill them and also, they made some false accusation or story about their prophet hood. For example what Allah swt. saying 9:30 “Some of the Jews have said that Ezra is the son of God and Christians have said the same of Jesus. This is only what they say and it is similar to what the unbelievers who lived before them had said”
In another verse Allah swt. saying 5:18 “The Jews and the Christians said,“We are the sons of Allah and His beloved ones”

Like that At the time of our beloved prophet sw. the
polytheist/the Meccan kaffir they said what Allah swt. saying 25:7And they said, “What is the matter with this (Noble) Messenger, that he eats food and walks in the markets? Why was not an angel sent down along with him, to give warning along with him?”
This is how people denied Allah swt. and his noble messengers.

Dear brothers! This is the month of December. One of the festive  month for the Christians all over the world. The Christians celebrate the 25th of December as Jesus’ birth day Which is Christmas day. On that day they celebrate and give gift each-other.
Today............., briefly we will discuss some points on Christianity and the celebrations of Christmas day.
Firstly, the Christian their belief God is eternally supreme as the creator and preserver of the world. The trinity exists as three beings in one godhead: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. One being, three persons. Three persons, one God.

Now there is a raising questions that really, this kind of belief  are they making any true or logical sense?
They are saying Jesus is son of Allah swt. means he is a god(nauzu billah) how come someone with a human nature could be a God? Because, human makes mistake and not perfect. Is it possible Allah to make mistakes? Doesn’t he need to sleep? If he would have done any mistake the world won’t be like that like sun is rising-setting everyday not delaying or being mixed it up.
And Again if he Jesus was a God than before his birth means more than 2000 years ago wasn’t there any god? Without a god who control the world? There are many questions along with their belief.

What We Muslims believe that Allah swt. is as he is 42:11nothing is like Him; and He only is the All Hearing, the All Seeing” 112: “He is Allah, He is One.” (1) “Allah is the Un-wanting.” (Perfect, does not require anything.) (2) “He has no offspring, nor is He born from anything.” (3) “And there is none equal to Him.” (4)

Also, we believe Allah SWT. has been revealing Himself to mankind since the beginning of time. This revelation began with Prophet Adam (peace be upon him), the first man, and continued throughout history until the time of Muhammad (peace be upon him), the last of the Prophets and Allah's seal on all that had been revealed. Also, we believe all the prophets brought one massage which is submitting towards one true god who is Allah the almighty.

We deeply love prophet Jesus aw. We respect him as he was a true worshiper and messenger of Allah swt.19:30 "He ['Iesa (Jesus)] said: Verily! I am a slave of Allah, He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet;"

Indeed! if we disrespect him or deny him we won’t be a true believers. we believe him what he said himself 61:6 And remember when Eisa the son of Maryam said, “O Descendants of Israel! Indeed I am Allah’s Noble Messenger towards you, confirming the Book Torah which was before me, and heralding glad tidings of the Noble Messenger who will come after me – his name is Ahmed (the Praised One)”; so when Ahmed came to them with clear proofs, they said, “This is an obvious magic.”
so, this is a brief summery about the belief of Christianity.

Our second question was about what are they celebrating on the day of 25th of December is this the true birth date of jesus aw. and who is santa clause or what is the true story behind the Christmas tree?
Briefly, the day of 25th of December wasn’t the birth day of Jesus sw. there is a disagreement with the Christian scholars and it is not mention in their bible nor is there is any evidence in the Qur’an and hadith too.
Not until the year 530 C.E., that a monk, Dionysus Exigus, fixed the date of the birth of Jesus on Dec. 25th. “He wrongly dated the birth of Christ according to the Roman system (i.e., 754 years after the founding of Rome) as Dec. 25, 753″. (Encyclopedia Britannica, 1998 ed.) This date was chosen perhaps in keeping with the holidays already indoctrinated into pagans.

Another point is Jesus was born in a place where sheeps were kept at the city of Bethlehem in Palestine and the time was at night or early morning before sun rise.

The point is on the 25th of December the weather is freezing even in the Palestine and there was a belief; That night, some shepherds were in the fields near his birth place Bethlehem, keeping watch over their flocks of sheep. How come they were outside in the cold night in this weather?

So, what im verifying is that the date of the birth of jesus(pbh)  it could be around summer time but not exactly 25th of December.
On the other hand, santa clause or the Christmas tree they are made up stuff by the Christian scholar for the commercial purposes.
The “Santa” Character was further developed in 1809 when an amusing but inaccurate history of Dutch traditions was written. the word ‘Santa Claus’ appears nowhere in the bible. However Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus) was a real person, bishop, who was born 300 years after Jesus (pbuh). According to legend he was extremely kind and went out at night to distribute presents to the needy.

He died 6th December and on that day people starts giving gifts each-other and later on queen Victoria changed the date on the night of 24th of December which is now known as Christmas eve. Also, the decorated Christmas tree is worthless. Jesus pbh. Did nothing with it, in fact old testament saying Jaremiah 10:2,3. “Don’t learn the ways of the nations. They cut a tree out of the forest. They adorn it with silver and gold, they fasten it with hammer and nails”
so, according to their belief God forbidden this tree stuff.

What Every Muslim Should know About celebrating Christmas?
There are some brothers who are taken part in the celebration knowingly or unknowingly Like:
1. Wishing Happy Merry Christmas or giving cards or giving wine which means you are legislating that Jesus Christ is a son of Allah or his birth day on this day which is against the evidence of the Qur’an and the ahaadith of prophet sw. Also, its against of our belief which is worshipping the creator not his creations.
2. Making special food like turkey Christmas dinner and putting the Christmas tree in the house which is imitating  the Christians. Islam strictly not only prohibits to imitate other costume or religions but also, commanding to make difference from other nations.

Dear brothers! We were talking about the birth of the Jesus pbh. And the Christmas day and their false belief. We will continue this topic in next weeks.
We deeply love Jesus as a true messenger of Allah swt. But not a son of God. We shouldn’t be part of their celebrations as it is considered that we are legislating their belief. Again, what we testify is that there is non worthy of worship accept Allah swt. He is alone has no partner and also, we testify that the prophet mohammed pbh. Is allah’s messenger and a worshiper. We also, testify that the prophet Jesus pbh is a true worshiper and a true messenger of Allah swt.
May Allah swt. give the non believers the taufiq to follow the right path/to get the hedayah.
May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to follow the guidance of Qu’ran and sunnah. Aameen!

The birth of Jesus peace be him.

From last week we were talking about Jesus pbh. Allah swt. didn’t leave us on this earth by just saying worship me alone but, he sent 124,000 prophets to show the people his right/the true path. Among them 315 were the rasuls (peace be upon them) rasul means those who got the new book means new Divine books. And rest were the nabi peace (be upon them) those who were the helpers or just followed to establishing the Deen of the messengers before them.

Again, among all of them only 25 names which Allah swt. mentioned in the holy Qur’an and 17 of them Allah swt mentioned in one surah 6:83-86 and the rest of them in different places. Only he mentioned 25 it’s because those whom he wanted us to take lesson from. What he saying about it 40:78 We have told you the stories of some of Our Messengers whom We had sent before you and We have not told you the stories of some others”. And he saying the reason he sent to 11:120(Muhammad), We tell you all the stories of the Messengers which will strengthen your heart. In the Quran We have revealed the Truth to you with good advice and reminders for the faithful ones”
So, Allah swt. want human being to take lesson from his apostles.

Again, among all of them the four Prophet were great. 1.prophet musa he got the divine book of Taorah. 2.The dawood had the divine book of zabbor 3.Isa ibn maryam had the book of injeel and 4.The greatest and final messanger was our beloved prophet sw. with the divine book of Qur’an majeed.
Here what we should know that all of them had one message which is submitting oneself to one true God/Allah swt.the almighty.
Today,........ Briefly, we will discuss the birth, death returns of Jesus pbh.
the Birth of Jesus (peace be upon him):
the birth of Jesus. Allah swt. mentioning in the Qur’an a few details. Before his religion people used to sacrifice and give their children in the name of worshiping Allah swt.

So, his grandmother when she got pregnant she wanted to give the Jesus’s mother (the mary) to the way of Allha swt. When the mary was born Jesus’s grandmother sent mary to the mosque the baytul mukaddas to look after the mosque. 3:35-37. So she grew up in there. She was very pious and because of her piousness Allah swt used to send her food and fruits miracally.

(19:37) and one day the angel jibraeel came to her and He said: "I am just a message-bearer of your Lord, I have come to grant you a most pure boy." (19)

Mary said: "How can a boy be born to me when no man has even touched me, nor have I ever been unchaste?" (20) The angel said: "Thus shall it be. Your Lord says: 'It is easy for Me; and We shall do so in order to make him a Sign for mankind and a mercy from Us. This has been decreed.(21) Then she conceived him and withdrew with him to a far-off place.
(which is in betelham in Palestine now it’s under control by Israeel)
(22)

Then the birth pains starts and drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree and she said: "Oh, would that I had died before this and had been all forgotten."
(23)

Thereupon the angel below her cried out: "Grieve not, for your Lord has caused a stream of water to flow beneath you. (24) Shake the trunk of the palm-tree towards yourself and fresh and ripe dates shall fall upon you. (25)

So eat and drink and cool your eyes; and if you see any person say to him: 'Verily I have vowed a fast to the Most Compassionate Lord, and so I shall not speak to anyone today. (26)

Then she came to her people, carrying her baby. They said: "O Mary! You have committed a monstrous thing. (27) O sister of Aaron! Your father was not an evil man, nor was your mother an unchaste woman." (28)

Thereupon Mary pointed to the child. They exclaimed: "How can we speak to one who is in the cradle, a mere child?" (29) The child cried out: "Verily I am Allah's servant. He has granted me the Book and has made me a Prophet (30) and has blessed me wherever I might be and has enjoined upon me Prayer and Zakah (purifying alms) as long as I live; (31)

And This is Jesus, the son of Mary; and this is the truth about him concerning which the Christians are in doubt. (34) and later on the Christians made lots of false story about him they made him the son of God.
But, the Jesus Christ made it very clear to them he wasn’t son of god but, a worshiper of God.
"Indeed Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so serve Him alone. This is the Straight Way." (36) when he was growing up Allah swt. give him some Miracles of Jesus peace be upon him:
The prophet Jesus his birth was miracle  and there was lots of miracles in his life. The biggest miracles which Allah swt. mentioned in the Qur’an
3:49

1. He was able to create something from clay in the form of a bird. When he blow into it, it will become a real bird, by the permission of Allah swt.
2. He could heal the blind and the lepers.

3. He could bring the dead back to life, by the permission of Allah swt.
4. He was able to tell someone about what he ate and what he store in his house.
The greatest miracle was his ascending towards heaven without being hurt by the window of that house where he was living which the Christians believe he was crucified.

But miracally Allah swt. had turned one of the attempted killer’s appearance like Jesus pbh. When he came back to confirm Jesus Christ existence in there and then when he went out to let them know they grabbed him and were saying he is the Jesus. He was saying i’m not the Jesus Christ. They replied then who is the Jesus? They fell in a big confusion. Finally, they crucified that person not the Jesus Christ. 4:157 “We have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of God.” In fact, they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them as if they did. Indeed, those who differ about him are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it, except the following of assumptions. Certainly, they did not kill him.
Another big miracle will be his returns to the earth after  coming of the Imam Mahdi pbh. Also, that would be one of the biggest sign of the Qiamah.
Prophet Jesus will descend to the white Minaret (Nawwas-b-Samaan/Muslim) in the east of Damascus, wearing two garments dyed with saffron, placing his hands on the wings of two angels. He will look exactly like the description of the Prophet mohammed sw.

Seeing all these miracles of the Jesus pbh. the Christinas starts to believe he can’t be a human but,he is a son of god. Which is a big lie on the oneness of Allah swt.

Allah swt. replying their false claim  You have uttered a grievous thing (89) Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, (90) For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, (91) When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son.(92)

And then he saying He has counted them and calculated their number. (94) Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection.

So,Allah swt.will give them sever punishment for their arrogance. Allah swt will decide about their false propaganda on true messages of Allah swt.

Dear brothers! Now Today, what we see because of their false belief day by day some of the Christians are turning into atheist what is showing the current situations of their churches. And some are celebrating the Christmas as just a tradition/costume

And a number of Christians those who are true lovers of the Jesus pbh. And seeking the truth they are   reverting to the Islam. If we look at the statistics every year around 5000 British are taking the shahadah and most of them are women. I think if we reach to every one of them with the true message of Allah swt. with true interpretation of the Qur’an and ahadith they have to believe in it.

Because we don’t have any doubt about our religion and we believe in one God we are one ummah we believe in the prophet hood. We have one book of Allah swt where they have lots.
Allah swt. didn’t sent us in this earth but, he made us his khalifa prophet saying “Preach even if it is one word” So, this is our responsibility to tell them the true message of Allah swt.
And this is why we have to educate ourselves and make sure our kids are having education of the Qur’an and sunnah. They are the future of Islam. They will take the message of Allah swt. into the next generation.
Brothers we will be asked for our duty. Our life is not ending here. Our life is not just a game what he is saying 23:115
Then did you think that we created you uselessly and that to us you would not be returned?” so,as there is no way but, return to him we should hold firmly the right and true messages. what Allah swt. saying 2:208 O Believers, enter completely into Islam and do not follow in" the footsteps of Satan, for he is your avowed enemy”
May Allah swt. give the humanity tawfiq to stay away from the false story of prophet hood/from misguidance!
May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to spread the true message of Allah swt. to our non-

The importance of the practicing sunnah of prophet sw.(part-3)

From the week before last we are talking the importance of the practicing sunnah of prophet sw.
Insha Allah Today, we will continue this topic and we will discuss about some sunnahs and the opposite of the sunnah which is bida’ah.
Dear brothers!
Islam is not an ideology like a person’s theology or it’s not about following someone. Islam it’s a path of Allah, a way to have a better and peaceful life after the death. Without Islam there is no way to avoid the hellfire even if someone does good deeds on this earth and this is why we should practice exactly the way Allah swt. And his messenger showed us. If someone did any Ibadah which is performed not according the sunnah of prophet sw. it will be rejected. This is very important that our Ibadah it has to be the way our beloved prophet sw. told us to do. He saying in a hadith narrated by anas ibn malik RA. “Whoever will show his dislike to my sunnah or will follow some other way rather than my own sunnah he will be considered as not a follower of my sunnah”
(bukhari and muslim)
There is nothing left in our daily life that prophet didn’t teach or didn’t give any instructions. On every single thing prophet sw. gave the instructions even how to do the toilet he gave a hygienic instructions.
Leading our daily life according the sahih sunnah prophet sw. is the best way to run. There is a hadith narrated by salamna farsi Ra. He saying “prophet sw. taught us every single thing even he taught us how to do the toilet”
Last week we talked about some sunnah related with the prayers. There are thousands of sunnah along our daily life. Today, briefly i would like to mention some more important useful sunnah of the prophet sw. hopefully, me and you will be benefited here and hereafter in sha Allah.
The sunnah are:
1. Marriage on time
it is the sunnah of prophet sw. he saying “the marriage it’s the sunnah of mine so, whoever don’t get married he is not followers of my sunnah” Islam doesn’t allow to be single even if someone say for the sake of practicing Islam he won’t get married. Prophet sw. strictly didn’t allow this. He saying to the young “get married when you are able to because it’s save your eyes from indecency and save you from adultery if you are not able to get married then observe fast coz the fast are the saver from adultery” (
bukhari and muslim) also, Islam encourages parents to make married their kids on time.

2. Fasting three days on every month.
There is a hadith narrated by abi hurairah RA. “He saying my friend(prophet sw.)took oath from me/advised me  on three things 1.Fasting three days on every month. 2.Pray salatut duha 3.Pray witr prayer”(bukhari and muslim)

3.Coming early to the masjid for the Friday prayer: there is a hadith “on the day of Friday the angels write who is coming first and they write the rewards and its start from the Qurabani of camel to the donating a egg and when imam starts the khutba they stop writing and listen the sermon”
(bukhari: 929 and muslim:850)
4. Protesting when see any injustice or a crime: when you seeing any injustice committing in front of you. You should protest it like if one of your Muslim brother getting injustice you should save him. This the sunnah of prophet sw. and his companion. What prophet sw. saying “when you see anything bad first you should protest by your hands if its need if it’s not possible then raise your voice against it if it’s not possible then hate it and that’s will show weakness of your eeman to protest”
so, they are the some sunnah of prophet sw. there are lots of sunnah we can’t bring all the sunnah. now what we have to know if any ibadah performed by the opposite of sunnah it will be called BID’AH which could lead us towards misguidance. Prophet sw. saying “every innovation is misguidance and every misguidance lead to the hellfire”

Now the question is what's the bidah? The word bidah means something new, innovation, invention etc.
Imam Shafi`i stated that innovative acts are those things that do not go in harmony with the Qur'an, Sunnah, traceable tradition (Athar) and the consensus (Ijma`) of Muslims like something that the innovation does not take place during the early Islamic period.

The innovation is considered unlawful when it contradicts one of the primary sources of Islam, such as the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
There are lots of bida’h in our society which is not based on the Quar’an or the Hadith of the prophet sw. for example celebrating birthday or death anniversary or celebrating the eid-e-miladunnabi or celebrating the wedding anniversary.
Dear brothers! We should educate ourselves about the 'real' Sunnah of Prophet and find out what is the bida and what is not. We have to look at the tafseer (explanation) of the Qur'an as well as the hadith of the Prophet When understanding the verses of the Qur'an and the hadith of Prophet we have to take into consideration the context and the time of the revelation of the verse or the hadith of Prophet.

Dear brothers! Today, the time of Fitnah there is no way but to hold the sunnah of prophet sw. we can save ourselves from this period of fitnah by practicing the sahih sunnah of prophet sw.  We should hold firmly the sunnah of prophet sw. we should follow the sahih hadiths of prophet sw. we shouldn’t ignore or avoid when someone saying it’s the sahih hadiths. Unfortunately, there are some of us when we hear someone saying it is the sahih hadith we make questions that we didn’t hear that before? But, this is not a wise question what Allah swt. indicating 5:104When you say to them: "Come to what God has revealed, and the Prophet," they say: "Sufficient to us is the faith that our fathers had followed," even though their fathers had no knowledge or guidance”
A true believer can’t say like that but he say what Allah swt. saying ”The response of the believers, when they are called to God and His Messenger in order to judge between them, is to say, “We hear and we obey.” These are the successful”
Dear brothers! I would like conclude this topic here by requesting to you please, come forward and try to learn and understand the sahih sunnah of prophet sw.

May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to avoid the bidah.
May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to follow the true guidance of the Qura’n and the sunnah of prophet sw. the way he showed us.

The importance of practicing the sunnah of prophet sw.(part-2)

From last week we are talking the importance of suannah of the prophet sw. Today, the time of Fitnah there is no way but to hold the sunnah of prophet sw. we can save ourselves from this period of fitnah by practicing the sunnah of prophet sw. there are some saying that the muslim ummah are not advance they are still backwards. It’s because of our lack of knowledge in technology/ in modern science/in modern education and this is why muslims /every muslim country’s are under trouble in all over the world.
But,we think they are not our main reasons. the main reason are we are not following our own guide books. We are far away from the Quran and hadiths. We are not following the sunnah of prophet sw. this is the one of the most important/ the biggest reason we are still backwards instead of dominating the world with the knowledge of islam. So, there is no way but, to following the guidance of Quran and sunnah.

And also, There are lots of Benefits of the practicing sunnah of the prophet sw.
1. Practicing sunnah it encourages people to practice the fard /the compulsory Ibadah.
It’s make people to be careful about the fard. Also, to being a true believers the sunnah is the only way. 8:1 “
and obey Allah and His Noble Messenger, if you have faith."
this verse telling if you don’t follow you won’t be a true believer. If we say in negative way For example the drug addicted people their addiction start from the minor drug like cigarette, shisha etc. And finally, they turn into regular major drug takers like stimulants, coca/cocaine, cannabis, hallucinogens, etc.
So if you practice the sunnah of prophet sw. the main benefit is you won’t miss any fard Ibadah. This is very true.

2. They will compensate for the incomplete fard on the day of judgement.

like someone didn’t do ruku’ and sojood properly. There is a hadith prophet sw saying.. narrated by abu hurairah “i heard from prophet sw. he said on the day of judgement First, Allah swt. will ask about the prayers from a person’s deeds/ actions. If he pass this he will be succeed and will have najat from the hell and if he doesn’t pass he won’t be succed but, a loser.

In that time if any fard deeds remain incomplete then Allah swt. will say look at his sunnah, nawafil or optional good things if he has any like that then make them for make up for that incomplete fard” (tirmizi)
so, this is not wise at all to avoid the sunnah nor ignoring sunnah the of prophet sw.

Dear brothers! There are lots of sunnah what some we know but, not aware of them and some we even don’t know yet which prophet sw. used to practice most of the time.

In sha Allah, we will continue this topic in next week on some most important sunnah of prophet sw.
Today, just we will touch on one of the most important sunnah  which is about the prayers.
There are two type of prayers: FARD and wajib, sunnah, nawafils. All The fard prayers should be performed in the mosque. Its wajib to pray with jama’ah. prophet sw. Saying. “The prayer with jama’ah its 27 fold more rewards then the prayer without jama’ah”
In another hadit narreted by anas RA. ”whoever will pray 40days continuously with takbire ula; Allah swt. Will take awy two things from him: 1.Allah swt. Will save him from hypocricy 2.save him from the jahannam”

But the The sunnah we are talking about praying all the sunnah, nawafils in the house not in the mosque. This is sunnah of prophet sw. what prophet sw. saying in a hadith narrated by zaid ibn sabit ra. Prophet sw said “o people pray in your house because, the best prayer are those which performed in the house except the fard prayers.(Bukhari and muslim)
and also, in another hadith narrated by Abdullah ibn umar he said “Pray some of your salah in the house and do not  make your house grave” (bukhari and muslim)

These hadiths are making it very clear that the best practice is all the nawafil, sunnah prayers should be performed in the house.

Now the question is Why the prophet sw. telling us the sunnah and nawafil are best to pray in the house?

There are two reason behind it:
1st there is no chance to get influenced by shytan to make us think showing off. And the showing off its a shirk.and the shirk will be rejected. Allah swt. doesn’t accept any Ibadah associated with the shirk or Riah.

2. Its a great chance To get closer to Allah swt. Prophet sw. saying in every last night Allah swt. Comes to the earth and he call to people o you who are calling me i’ll response your call, o you who are seeking help i will help you, o you who seeking forgiveness i will forgive you”

Here another sunnah is the tahajjud prayer.

But, how many of us practice the tahajjud? How many times we did the tahjjud prayer in our entire life?

One of the significant part of the prophet’s life spent in the tahajjud prayers. What he saying about the merit of the tahajjud narrated by abu hurairah ra. He said “after the fard prayers the best prayer is the late night prayers”
(Muslim, ahmad)

there are two more sunnah:
1.When we come to mosque before sitting we should pray two raka’at sunnah prayer.

2.Making the lines straighten in jama'a prayers.

Dear brothers! We should hold firmly the sunnah of prophet sw. the way he showed  us. I would like to conclude this topic here by saying one of the great verse of the holy Qur’an 3:31 “(O Messenger!) Tell people: 'If you indeed love Allah, follow me, and Allah will love you and will forgive you your sins. Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate”
So, As we all want to have pleasure of Allah swt. and also, all we want to be forgiven of all our misdeeds.

May Allah swt. give us tawfiq to have the love of Allah swt. by practicing the sunnah of prophet sw. in our daily life. May Allah swt. grant us a place in jannah. May Allah give us ability to come forward to learn the true teaching of Qur’an and sunnah. Amen!
